We provide hands-on training, consultancy and mentorship across five core areas: Agribusiness & Climate Resilience, Clean Energy Solutions, Psychosocial & Youth Empowerment, Startup Consultancy, and Market Access & Investment Facilitation. Any Kenyan youth or youth-led venture aged 18–35 with a viable idea or early-stage business is welcome to apply.

We operate hybrid programs: both in-person at our Nairobi and Meru offices, and virtually via Zoom. Some field-based modules (e.g., agribusiness field visits, energy system installations) take place on location in partnership with local farms and communities.

We track quantitative metrics (e.g., yield increases, revenue growth, jobs created) and qualitative outcomes (e.g., participant confidence, leadership skills) through pre- and post-program surveys, follow-up interviews, and quarterly progress reports.
